About Us
The tour department works out of the main office in central Bishkek. The permanent staff consists of a small team of tour managers who are responsible for answering enquiries making the arrangements for the tour itself.
As well as the permanent staff, others are employed on a part-time basis during “the season” according to the level of demand. Although the tourist season tends to be quite short, most tours take place in the summer months, in recent years there have been a growing number of visitors who have requested services in the “off-season”.
Our Services
Although the Tour Department has a wide range of itineraries, most visitors to Kyrgyzstan have specific requirements or interests and so the majority of our work involves customising an itinerary to meet these.
In addition to arranging a fully inclusive tour package we can offer individual services such as assisting with formalities, (visas, OVIR registration, permits, etc.); booking accommodation, in Bishkek and around the country; arranging transport and guide/interpreter services; excursions and activities, (such as horse riding, demonstrations of traditional crafts, concerts of traditional music, etc.); logistics, such as arranging meeting and conferences; liaison with partners in the neighbouring countries and planning a visit, (advice and information).
The Celestial Mountains Tour Company does not undertake Mountaineering or Hunting expeditions.
